Privacy policy

This policy matches the scripts served by buildastriker.org on 2026-10-29. The publisher is the operator of buildastriker.org. Questions, access requests and deletion requests go to [email protected].

What loads when a page opens

The site is built so that measurement and advertising work on the first page view, not after a click. With no stored choice, the browser requests all of the following as the page loads:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), measurement ID G-TSZ2GTX6XZ, loaded from googletagmanager.com. It records page views, scroll and outbound clicks in aggregate.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), project z56x98nhhl, loaded from clarity.ms. It records heatmaps and session replays using its provider masking controls; avoid entering sensitive information in this guide.
  • Adsterra (Adsterra Network), publisher ID 3403020, loaded from bicea.org. Two units run here: a Native Banner (unit 31981622) inside the article and a Social Bar (unit 31981623), the fixed bar at the bottom of the viewport. Adult ads are switched off on this publisher account.

The banner is a notice and a way to withdraw, not a gate. Pressing Reject (or using Cookie settings in the footer) stops Clarity and the Adsterra units, tells GA4 through Consent Mode that storage is denied, and remembers that choice for 180 days. The ad network processes data under its own policy.

YouTube is the one thing that waits: game videos sit behind a play button, and opening a page does not contact YouTube. Pressing play inserts an iframe from youtube-nocookie.com; Google then handles that request under its own policy. Roblox and Discord links are ordinary links and load nothing until you follow them.

Cookies and provider storage

GA4 can set _ga and _ga_TSZ2GTX6XZ; Clarity can set _clck, _clsk and Microsoft identifiers. These are provider-documented examples, not a claim that every browser receives every cookie. Ad creatives may use additional storage and delivery hosts, which vary by placement, browser and campaign. Reject prevents these integrations from loading on subsequent pages; it cannot undo a request already sent or remove cookies owned by another origin.

Observed during the local browser review on 2026-10-29: GA4 requested www.googletagmanager.com and www.google-analytics.com; Clarity requested www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and letter-prefixed collection subdomains of clarity.ms. Adsterra's bicea.org units requested static.nresystems.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.show-sb.com, cdn.show-creative1.com and cdn.cloudpiko.com. These delivery services also receive network metadata such as IP address and user agent. Hosts can vary between visits. They load by default and Reject disables their parent integrations.

Provider references: Google Analytics cookie usage, Clarity cookie list, and Adsterra privacy policy. Retention and international processing follow provider settings and policies; this review has not independently established account-specific retention values.

The overall scratch pad keeps its numbers in the page only; refreshing clears them. We do not set a first-party cookie for either preference.

Your choice and data handling

With no stored choice, the site requests analytics, session replay and ads and displays the notice. Reject updates Consent Mode to denied, stores the withdrawal for 180 days, and reloads this page with those integrations disabled. Cookie settings lets you change the choice later. A browser Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track value of 1 also disables them. Requests sent before withdrawal cannot be recalled.

The Google consent default is set before configuration: advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied; analytics storage is granted and ads data redaction is enabled. The site then applies its default-on preference or a remembered withdrawal before configuring tags.

Cloudflare serves the site and handles delivery and security metadata. Our contact mailbox uses Cloudflare Email Routing and the mail-hub Worker to store incoming mail and support replies, with a copy delivered to the operator's Gmail mailbox (Google). Email processing starts when you send us a message; neither mail service is embedded in a page. We have not verified a fixed deletion schedule for CDN logs, mail, or provider account data and do not promise one here. Request deletion at [email protected].

Personalised advertising and opt-outs

You can turn off personalised advertising with each provider, independently of this site: Google Ads Settings, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, aboutads.info, and Adsterra’s own privacy policy. Reject on this site stops the Adsterra units here; it does not remove cookies that other sites set.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. We handle inbound mail and any delivery logs available through our hosting provider; analytics and ad data sit with the providers above, and we will point you to their request forms. You can also complain to a supervisory authority where you live. Deleting bas_consent and bas_social_bar_closed in your browser resets your choices.
